Although the footprint of Esther house is small, we offer 1100 sq ft of comfort over the basement, main level and lofted bedroom, designed with easy and comfortable living in mind. The kitchen is very spacious and beautiful with corian countertops, stainless steel appliances and tile floor. This is a two story cottage with the master bedroom upstairs overlooking the lake. A large entertaining area with a snack bar and kitchen area are also upstairs with an awesome view of the lake. The room also has leather couches, a flat screen TV, stereo system and a large bathroom. Its a great spot to hang out and enjoy the view. Off of the kitchen is a cement porch area with tables and chairs and a grill. A grassy front yard leads to a lovely deck which has chairs and also a picnic table. Two steps down is the water. It use to be a beach area but right now we don't have a beach area because the water level is up so high.
